The process of building out your vision for a design and final product is paramount to ensuring a great customer experience. Our shop is run on the Printavo platform which is a cloud-based management system focused on the screen printing and embroidery business. This platform streamlines every step of the process, keeping you the customer informed of the order progress and setting expectations that we strive to exceed.

To us, this is a very important process and one that we have refined using our Printavo platform to ensure you know where you are in the process and any actions needed to get your creation in your hands.

So, you have approved us to move forward and all those great choices in garments are pulled together and we put your artwork on the appropriate mediums and our talented and dedicated production crew sets out to turn your idea into a reality. We only use the highest quality inks, threads and other raw materials unlike the “online” ink slingers out there that farm out their business to the lowest bidder. We always encourage our local customers to stop by and see first-hand how our expert staff manufactures your order. All orders go through several quality control measures at each process stage.

Order up!!
Once everything is checked and folded, you will again be notified that your order is ready. We offer all sorts of options when it comes to pick up, if you are local, we can run it over to you or you can swing by and pick it up. We also offer shipping as needed to your doorstep.

Our super slick systems will store your orders and details so that once you run out of swag (which will happen very quickly), we can pull up the past and make it all happen again as is or tweak anything you want. Unlike that tattoo you got in Daytona Beach during spring break, we want no “regrets” and can always make changes!

Artwork Review
We can take a variety of mediums and convert that into a cloud-based design which is then overlaid on any of the garments we offer. This gives our customers the experience of seeing what the final design will really look like on the medium they chose as well as the placement of the artwork. Our cloud-based process gives the customer the ability to accept and reject any work remotely. Customers are notified via email and/or text when decisions are ready to be made. Our artists have over 40 years of screen-printing experience which helps to take an idea from your imagination to a final product you will be proud to display. Similar to a tattoo, you want to be sure that what gets on the skin is going to be clear and correct well before the ink is applied as you only get one chance to make a first impression.
Material Choices and Colors
The sky is the limit here. Clothing has really come a long way in the past 5 years and that is no different in the screen-printing world. From baby soft tri-blends to rugged work and sportswear. We can take you from a cozy night by the fire pit to the daily abuse of the construction site or ball field. Colors and textures have also exploded and are as important to product design as the artwork. We have access to every color and fiber under the sun and can help you to narrow down what looks great and what will serve your purpose.
We pride ourselves on getting to understand your expectations and recommending the right product that not only looks and feels great but that keeps you within budget. As you can see in everyday life, the world’s supply chain has been and continues to be upended. However, our team has developed partnerships with several wholesale garment companies locally and around the world to ensure that when we develop your order, we can deliver on that promise.
Quote
So, once we have the details as to the size of the order, artwork, and garments you are specifying, our system will engage with you and send out a detailed and interactive quote. Here is where you can review the choices and the artwork, share it with friends and colleagues to get feedback, and ultimately agree to move forward. Once you have approved the quote and made payment arrangements your order is put into our production flow, and we will automatically generate a completion date.
